✅ We offer a 7-day refund on your first Pro subscription if you're not satisfied — no questions asked.
Free Plan
The Free plan costs nothing — no refund applicable.
Pro Plan (₹99/month)

How to cancel
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. After cancellation:
- You retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
- Your account reverts to Free plan — your imported chats remain accessible.
- No further charges are made.
To cancel, go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription inside the app, or email us at billing@onlinekotha.com.
How to request a refund
Email billing@onlinekotha.com with:
- Your registered email address
- Razorpay payment ID (found in your email receipt)
- Reason for refund
Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-refundable situations
- Account terminated due to Terms of Service violations.
- Refund requests made after the applicable window.
- Partial month usage beyond the 7-day window.
